What is Absence Network?
Absence Network is a performance and management company dedicated to helping dancers, actors, and content creators of all ages build lasting careers in the entertainment industry.
Through Absence Network and our industry directors conjoined and direct connections with casting companies, industry professionals, and production studios—as well as our sponsorship of local, national, and international organizations—we provide year-round opportunities in film, television, music, Fortune 500 campaigns, festivals, and more across the U.S. and its territories.
Our mission is to educate, develop, and connect aspiring and professional performers, helping them grow their network, increase their net worth, and build stable, thriving careers in the industry.

How it works:
Auditions First – We start by getting to know each performer through auditions or online submissions:
what your goals are, what you need, and how we can support you.
Build Your Brand – Once accepted, you’ll choose a package that includes a professional headshot, resume, and video reel. We create all of this in-house to help you look professional and stand out.
Mandatory Content Creation Classes – Everyone goes through our content creation training each month, where you’ll learn branding, marketing, and how to sell yourself. This gives you the tools to create your own opportunities instead of waiting for someone to “discover” you.
Career Track – Depending on your focus—acting, dance, content creation, or a mix, you’ll work hands-on with real industry directors to take the next steps in your career.
Real Work, Real Pay – Throughout the year, we provide paid jobs in film, TV, music videos, Fortune 500 brand campaigns, festivals, and more, nationwide and in U.S. territories.
